Following a fall, I ended up in hospital and lost my mobility and balance. The physio I received from Jack was exemplary, particularly as it was given in a friendly, professional, calming and positive manner with clear achievement goals. Now I have my independence back, I can’t thank Jack enough.

Just played my first match after 2 months out, Jack was fantastic with my ankle rehab. Loads of different exercises that have given me stability and confidence coming back. Would recommend spiral health if you’re looking for a friendly, tailored experience.

Fantastic Service. Lauren supported me over a few months, I was struggling with calf pain whilst running and unable to break past 5K comfortably. She helped me manage my symptoms and gradually increase my load and as a result this weekend I completed the 20K Round Sheffield Run for the first time ever. Also very she was just very genuine, down to earth and flexible! I would highly recommend to anyone

Over lockdown, I decided to confront my weak left shoulder, which I had been ignoring during my netball season. Jack was brilliant and so easy to work with. He created a specific program for me to follow with exercises to help strengthen my shoulder whilst we were having to stay at home. I’d 100% recommend him and now feel ready for my netball season to start again.

Have used Jack on several occasions now due to an ankle sprain sustained during sport several months ago. Not only did he greatly aid my recovery, but helped explain why I was extremely prone to ankle injuries in the first place, and how I can avoid them in the future. I won’t think twice about coming back to Jack next time!

Jack was super helpful with my knee injury I picked up a few weeks ago. I enquired and had an appointment the next day! Gave a thorough assessment and helpfully spoke through my concerns and the exact injury. I was then given a programme to stick to on an app which really helped following it strictly. Would recommend this service to anyone.
